rECCOMENDATIONS
1. Certified Surgeons
When looking to get a plastic surgery in Tijuana, ask clinics for their doctor's plastic surgery License. In their license look for the keywords "Plastico" "plastica" "Plastica reconstructiva" "Cirugia Plastica".
3. Transport.
If you come regurlarly to Baja this isn't for you. If you are coming down here, avoid local taxis, pick an uber or your clinic's transport service, might be more expensive but it will be safer and faster.
Payment.
Avoid upfront payments, pay when you get there. If you are paying with credit card or debit for your surgery, let your bank know you are coming to Mexico, they could block it for "Suspicious payments".
2. Priors
If unsure about a clinic or surgeon, a quick google search will show you if they had any problem and how or if they resolved it. 2 times? Coicidence. 3 or more? Beware.

4. Scheduling
When scheduling a surgery. date doesn't matter, time does.
Traficc in San Diego and Tijuana can be as bad as New York or India. Arriving is better between 9 am and 12 pm or after 7 pm.
Recovery
Try to get at least 3-5 days off work for your plastic surgery, avoid exercise, heavy work.

Follow the doctor's instruction by letter.
